| Problem: | Error: “xxxx.XER could not be created” when using Job Services to export |
| Problem: | The file C:\Documents and Settings\master\sub\xxxx.XER could not be created. Please enter a valid file name. |
| Fix: | The path to the xxxx.XER file must exist in the machine where Job Services is installed in order to write the file. When an export XER file job is scheduled in Job Services or in Project Management, the specified path to the file must already exist on the machine where Job Services is installed. |
