| Fix: | 1. Copy the XER file and give it a new name. 2. Open the XER in Notepad and then do a Find for Role rate. 3. Locate a role rate value greater than one or a Role rate count greater than one. If so, change this value to an appropriate number then save this new XER and try and import again. |
