| Problem: | When using P330XERConvert.exe, an error message appears that the file cannot be found. |
| Problem: | When using P330XERConvert.exe, the error log indicates, “COM exception caught. Value = 0.” |
| Cause: | When running P330XERConvert.exe and trying to use a P3 file that was saved anywhere but on C:\P3Win\Projects, the following error will appear after you click “Next” to proceed to the XER File Name screen:
It will still be possible to complete the process, but the resulting XER file will not be useable. The error log will contain the following information: Source Project: C:\TESTFO~1\ADOT COM exception caught. Value = 0. |
| Fix: | Save the P3 file that you need to convert to the default location: C:\P3Win\Projects. Save the XER output file to this location, as well. |
