| Fact: | The XER file is imported into a database or project, where the Activity Codes already exist. |
| Problem: | Why are there duplicate Activity Code values after importing an XER file, either as a new project or updating an existing one? |
| Problem: | Once the XER file is re-imported, the Activity Code values are duplicated again.
