Fix: | If the user is an Admin or Project Superuser or has a Project Profile with the security privilege ‘Create Project within EPS’ but they are still unable to create a new project, at least one EPS node must exist. Go to Enterprise, Enterprise Project Structure. Select ‘Add’ to create a new EPS: If the user is not an Admin or Project Superuser, to be able to create an EPS node they must have a Project-level Security Profile which includes the ‘Edit EPS Except Financials’ privilege. After adding an EPS, go to File, New to create a project. |
