| Problem: | Resource price/unit information imported in a resource XER file is not updated in Project Manager/Project Management |
| Problem: | Resource Rate is not changed when a resource XER file is imported to update it |
| Problem: | Max Units/Time do not update when importing resource xer file. |
| Cause: | The resource price/unit in the Primavera database is assumed to be in use and Primavera will not allow you to change historical data. You can only change future resource cost data. |
| Fix: | Resource price/unit effective dates in the resource XER file needs to be in the future of the Primavera client workstation’s current system date. For example, if the workstation’s system date is 20 July 2004, the effective dates on the resource price/unit information in the resource XER file should be 21 July 2004 or later if they are going to be updated in the Primavera database when the resource XER is imported.
